I wanted to take a minute to say thank you for a job well done.  I did a great deal of research into the different pool formats prior to making our decision to use Ace Fiberglass Pools. I met with several “pool guys”, but kept coming back to Ace.  I simply trusted Brian’s recommendation more than anyone else.  All of my research said that he was the right person for the job.  After all, this was a huge investment for me and my family so I had to make sure I was selecting the right person for the job.  All that was left was for Brian to deliver on his promises.  And you did!  Brian took the time to answer all of our questions, was very informative, and offered some very detailed design plans.

The final look of the whole project is beautiful and Ace Fiberglass Pools delivered on their promise of providing our pool with the “Wow Factor”!  All of our friends and family are enjoying our pool and feel like they are in resort.

After being perplexed from researching many companies, my sister told us to check out the company, Ace Fiberglass Pools, she saw in our church vendor booklet.  I made a call and met Brian Arthofer from Ace Fiberglass Pools out at a pool instillation sight, and he went over all that is involved in putting a pool in.  We without question, decided to go with his company, upon seeing the hands on quality of workmanship and superb personalities of all involved. 

Upon picking out a pool size and shape according to our yard measurements with Brian's help at our property, his design room held all the different design elements to narrow down the bells and whistles to personalize it.  Chris Koenig with Ace's Concrete division, met us at our property to discuss the concrete color and options to show off the pool's surround.  Great ideas and advice from both Brian and Chris.  Many computer pictures were presented to get ideas as well.  All was ascertained with a desired budget in mind.  Babette from the crane division came to our property as well, to assess the plan and any concerns we had with the pool lift and insert over the house.  Super knowledgeable and friendly.

When it came time to start, everything rolled like a well-organized enterprise, and all fell in place and was finished in less than 2 weeks.  It was fun watching machines of all sorts doing different jobs to bring the project to completion.  Everyone was happy to answer questions and concerns along the way.  The best part of the whole experience was seeing the lifting of the pool over the house like a UFO, while seeing the long extension capabilities of the crane!  The communication between the front yard crane crew and the back yard crane crew was like watching a well-greased machine, and the pool was set into the ground in conjunction with Brian and his guys, with perfection.  Brian and his men quickly had the lines and the pump in place, and the pool was filled with water that same day!  We were able to swim in it up to the concrete pour a couple days later, wow!   That was quickly done, seasoned and refined, and back in the pool we were.

We then contacted the off branch of the crane company, Shelby May's Landscaping, and Larry Motes brought over his crew to sod the yard around the pool, bringing it all together and making it the perfect oasis!

When all said and done, our budget stayed right on target.  Our entire experience was exactly as expected from Brian and his crew, the crane crew, the concrete crew, and the landscaping crew!  We got to design every aspect of the details, making it our own unique pool unlike anyone else's

What a wonderful experience enjoyed by the whole family and friends, and pictures and videos were taken along the way.  We had plenty of time to enjoy the rest of the summer swimming while designing the finishing landscaping gardens and accessories around the pool.  At the summer's end, we showed off the pool throughout the winter by enjoying the ambiance of the pool lights by choosing not to close it up.  We just started swimming in it again as it is April, as it has remained pretty kept through the winter.  Pool life is good!

Much praise to the entire crew that was involved with this venture, and coming from a perfectionist, I can say that if a fiberglass pool is what you are wanting, then Brian and his team at Ace Fiberglass Pools is a great choice to get you there!

Ace Fiberglass Swimming Pools of San Antonio’s pool installation was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. First, I want to note that owner operator, Brian Arthofer, is a Pool contractor whose knowledge extends well-beyond installing pools. I wanted modifications to the pool I selected, and right off the bat he made my vision a reality. But more importantly, when any issue popped up, early on, during, or after the job, he was responsive and more than competent to handle anything that occurred. His staff was punctual and always left the jobsite clean and orderly.

His elementary-aged son actually sold us on the pool at the home show. A family man and a family business full of ethical, friendly, and accommodating staff, Ace Pools is a company I highly recommend without reservation (and I’m picky).

Ace Fiberglass Pool company completed the installation of our fiberglass pool in March of 2024. We are very pleased with the work and care Brian, the owner, put into making sure we were satisfied with the work. Brian has been very present in making sure the work was done properly.
